Solar Springs - your local health retreat - opens it's doors to the local community by offering memberships to the Solar Springs Health Club.

Features of a membership include

• 25 Metre Indoor Heated Swimming Pool
• Spa, Sauna and Steam Room
• State of the art gym: Treadmill, Bikes, Rower, Cross Trainer, Keiser Resistance Training Equipment and free weights.
• Access to a Health & Fitness consultant, Physical Health Assessments, Personal Training and Exercise Prescription. (optional extra but at discount prices).
• Group Fitness Exercise Classes

• Joining Fee $ 165 (Includes initial Physical Health Assessment and Personal Program valued at $170)

• Personal Training (per hour) - $70
• Bone Density Assessment - $33
• Bioimpedance Analysis/Spirometry (Lung Function) - $33 each

Fitness classes

Group Exercise Classes are free to Health Club Members including Aquarobics, Circuit, Body Blade and Boxing. A current Timetable is available at Reception.

Locals who are not Health Club Members are welcome to join in our Group Fitness Classes at a cost of $11. Please phone to book your first class on 4883 6027.
