Our Body Revolution program educates  and motivates you to make a start on improving your health and fitness.

 

Your program begins with a physical health assessment.  We assess the strengths and weaknesses of your physical state including cholesterol, blood glucose levels, hydration, lung function, aerobic capacity, flexibility, percentage body fat, muscle quality and cellular age. 

A personal nutrition consultation with our Dietitian educates and gives individual dietary guidance.  Your Personal Trainer takes you for 3 personal training sessions.   These sessions take your lifestyle into consideration and you receive detailed written training programs so that your new exercise regime can continue at home.

 

The Bodycare Department looks after your new fitter and healthier body with a Solar Radiance Facial, Remedial Massage and stimulating hydro bath.  

 Bring the program together with a session with our Life Coach and return home armed to make sustainable lifestyle changes which will help make you fitter, healthier and happier. 

 

Tariff also  includes 5 nights accommodation, all meals, with lunch on arrival on Sunday and on departure on Friday, use of all the facilities and joining in on the activities.

Solar Springs Wholistic Lifestyle Program

 

This unique program includes a Consultation with our Naturopath.   

Haemaview Live Blood Analysis is used to gain a better understanding of your health status on the inside. 

The Naturopath plans a Wellness program using nutrition, herbal medicine and supplements as appropriate. 

The use of a digital Iriscope also helps reveal the strengths and weaknesses of your health.

 

A full Physical Health Assessment  assesses your physical state including cholestrol, blood glucose levels, hydration, aerobic capacity, flexibility, body fat, muscle quality and cellular age.  This leads to a practical Personal Training Session where an individual exercise program is prepared. 

A consultation with our Life Coach organises and motivates you to implement the changes iidentified. 

 

Treatments include a Solar Cocoon Body Wrap,  a detoxing Solar Spa Hydro Bath plus a therapeutic Shiatsu Massage.
