Before You Arrive
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Guests are welcome to arrive in time for lunch at 12:30 pm, and rooms will be available at 2:30 pm.
Check out time is 11:00 am. Please finalise your account and return your room keys to reception by this time. You are welcome to stay for lunch, use the facilities and participate in our wellness program until 2:00 pm.
ACCOMMODATION CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATIONS
To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of $110 per person is required on making a reservation. Deposits can be transferred to another date if 14 days notice is given prior to arrival date.
Accommodation and package costs are to be paid on arrival, with any extras finalised on check-out. Cash, Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted and EFTPOS payment (some accounts have a $800 or $1000 limit per day) is available. Please note there are no facilities for EFTPOS cash withdrawals.
NB: Cheques will not be accepted for settlement of accounts.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Please notify us prior to arrival if you have any special dietary requirements such as a lactose, gluten free or yeast free diet. Allergies need to be advised also please.
Guests are welcome to participate in as much or as little as they like. Our wellness program is available at reception. Please bring your water bottle.
Guests late for an exercise or relaxation class may not be admitted to the class. The warm-up part of the exercise class is very important and latecomers can create a disturbance for the other guests in pilates & other relaxation classes. Please consider your fellow guests and be on time. You may enjoy all the facilities at your leisure with the exception of the archery range. A Wellness Co-ordinator must supervise this activity.
DAY SPA & CONSULTATION BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
We strongly suggest pre-booking skin & body care therapies and consultations with the Wellness Consultants to avoid disappointment.
Please try to avoid late cancellations of bookings. It may be necessary to impose a fee of $50 if a cancellation is made at the last moment or for failure to appear for a treatment or a consultation.
The Aquatic Centre is open between 7.30 am and 9.00 pm. Please shower before entering the pool or spa. Pool towels are supplied at reception. Please note that it is a requirement for all guests using the swimming pool to wear a swimming cap. For your convenience, swim caps are available to purchase at Reception at a cost of $7.00.
Solar Springs is unsuitable for children under the age of 16 years.
The ambience at Solar Springs is relaxed and guests need only bring leisure wear. It is advisable to pack good walking shoes, a waterproof jacket and a torch for the night bushwalks and sports shoes for activities in the gym.
Whilst the atmosphere at Solar Springs is casual, we do ask guests to refrain from wearing robes, singlet tops, or bare feet in the Dining room.
Smoking is not permitted at the Retreat.
The bringing of alcohol into the Retreat is prohibited. The Dining Room is licensed and we have a selection of red and white wines to purchase for the evening meal only.
Complimentary wifi access is available in the foyer and most rooms for guests to check their e-mails.
Reception is open from 9.00 - 5.30 daily. We are happy to assist with all enquiries.
Our rooms are not equipped with telephones. OUR GUEST CONTACT NO. IS (02) 4883 6027 during Reception hours.
The use of a mobile phone in the common areas of the Retreat is prohibited. We ask guests not to leave phones on when unattended.
Tea and coffee making facilities and filtered water are located in the lounge 24 hours a day. We advise that the herbal tea list be consulted before consumption as each tea has individual properties.
Laundry service is available on request at $11 per bag.
