Solar Springs Restaurant specializes in healthy, delicious cuisine served in a unique setting with stunning views of Morton National Park. We also delight in looking after any special dietary needs.
Start the day with a hearty breakfast of eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans, porridge along with a cereal and fruit to provide the right nutrition to participate in all that Solar Springs has on offer.
Our excellent daily buffet lunches range from Mexican bean casserole, to vegetable dahl and tofu stirfry served with a variety of salads, fresh wholemeal damper and fruit. The daily salads include our delightful brown rice salad (which is a particular favourite with our regular guests!) and our Asian peanut cabbage salad.
The day would not be complete without a rewarding treat for afternoon tea served in the main lounge area with fresh fruit.
Enjoy one of our rejuvenating herbal teas crafted by our Naturopath, such as the calming relaxaway tea or be energised with the power surge tea.
A three course set meal is served each evening with mouth watering dishes to suit every palate. We also offer wine at dinner for those who wish to indulge or reward themselves after a fulfilling day.
Entrees range from cauliflower salad to goat’s cheese and quinoa. Mains feature roasted beef sirloin with mushroom ketchup and salmon with asparagus, carrot purée, preserved lemon.
No meal is complete without dessert as balance is the key! You will find tempting treats such as rhubarb & apple crumble and coconut chia seed pudding.
